Scott formed All American Home Mortgage in 2003 after experiencing frustration with the mortgage lenders who were handling his relationship as he was building what would turn out to be a 102-property portfolio. Disappointed with the lack of communication, the inability to close on time and the excessive rates and fees that were being charged, All American Home Mortgage, L.L.C. came to life as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tri-Star Management, Inc.
Scott started Tri-Star Management, Inc., which became the largest financial services firm in Nevada after his departure from American Express Financial Advisors, where he was the youngest District Manager in the history of the company and was ranked as the 4th top advisor in the country by the firm.
Tri-Star Management sold its’ advisory business which had $1B of Assets under Management to AIG in 2015, while retaining full control of Nevada Insurance Services, All American Home Mortgage, and its’ other wholly owned subsidiaries.
Scott is a United States Marine and attained the rank of Sergeant while serving in Military Intelligence and communications. He was also WSSI qualified and completed the NBC Warfare school.
Scott has an undergraduate degree from UNLV and two master’s degrees in finance and Economics from Boston University.
